Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time:
- Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Generally, delivery may take between 7-10 business days for domestic orders and 10-14 business days for international orders. These timeframes are estimates, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Fees:
- Standard Shipping is available for all orders. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.
Note on Delivery:
- Glory Apparel is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or issues that occur after the package has been shipped. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping information at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
No Returns or Exchanges:
- We want you to love your apparel, but as we operate through a dropshipping model, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items. All sales are final.
Incorrect or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at gloryapparel00@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with our suppliers to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and ensure your satisfaction.
Cancellation Policy:
- Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately for fulfillment. We are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been confirmed. Please double-check your order before completing the checkout process.
Customer Responsibility:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, including address details. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
